Niyaa People are working with a local social housing charity in Birmingham who are looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Fire Risk Assessor role include:
Conducting and reviewing Fire Risk Assessments across residential properties
Maintaining accurate records and reports of all assessments and inspections conducted
Providing any advice and guidance to the internal team and staff in regards to fire safety
Overseeing fire safety compliance including audits, post fire inspections and evacuation strategies
Key skills needed for the Fire Risk Assessor role are;
Experience working within residential properties and communicating with tenants
Level 4 fire risk assessment qualification
Strong knowledge of conducting and auditing Fire Risk Assessments
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Understanding and writing reports of any assessments completed
