Job Description

MMP Consultancy is supporting a respected Housing organisation in recruiting experienced Fire Risk Assessors to join their in-house Fire Safety Team. This contract role focuses on delivering Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments across a residential property portfolio. You'll have flexibility to manage your own workload with support from Fire Safety Co-ordinators and report directly to the Fire Safety Manager. Key Requirements: Extensive experience conducting residential FRAs IFSM Tier 2 (or equivalent) Member of a recognised professional body (e.g., IFE, IFSM, CABE) Strong working knowledge of: Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order Approved Document B British Standards Understanding of active and passive fire protection systems Familiarity with various construction methodsWhat's on Offer: Day rate: £400-£450 (via umbrella) Flexible hybrid working Long-term contract potential Collaborative and expert in-house team
