London| 3-6 Months | £300/day (Inside IR35)
Are you a proven Fire Safety Manager ready to make an immediate impact? Panoramic Associates is proud to be working with a forward-thinking Local Authority, seeking a specialist to lead fire safety strategy and compliance across a diverse housing portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the Council's competent person for fire risk management, ensuring 100% compliance across the housing stock.
Partnering with the Head of Compliance, providing expert advice and innovative solutions to complex fire safety challenges.
Overseeing FRAs, inspections, audits, and emergency plans - setting the standard for best practice.
Leading collaboration with internal teams, contractors, the London Fire Brigade, and residents to keep safety front and centre.
Driving continuous improvement in fire safety strategy, reporting directly to senior leaders.
What We're Looking For
Strong technical knowledge of fire safety legislation & building regulations.
Proven track record in fire risk assessment management within housing or public sector settings.
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels - from contractors to committees.
A leader who thrives on accountability, improvement, and delivering results that matter.
