Job Description
Newham Council are currently recruiting a Fire Safety Officer.
£400 per day.
Inside IR35.
About the role:
Quality Assurance of third party FRAs.
Street Property FRAs.
Assisting with residential PEEPs.
Technical fire safety lead for blocks within their patch.
Supporting Building Safety Managers in preparing safety case reports.
Regular fire safety inspections of medium rise blocks.
Post fire investigations.
Assisting LFB on audits.
About you:
Essential = Minimum L4 certificate or equivalent.
Essential = Membership of a professional fire safety body (e.g., IFSM, IFE).
Desirable = Experience within the housing sectorBefore You Apply
