Fire & Security Service Engineer – North West – Basic Salary £35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum Fire & Security Service Engineer - Package Overview: * £35,000- £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience) * Plenty of opportunities to increase earnings (Over time x 1.5 & call out rota 1 in 6) * Company vehicle, pension scheme, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone & travel pay * Full-time, permanent * Hours of work- Monday to Friday (8am – 4:30pm) * Excellent progression and training opportunities * Area covered – North West * Field based role covering a number of sites Company Overview – Fire & Security Service Engineer A fantastic opportunity has just become available within a longstanding, reputable company who specialise in the fire and security industry. You will be part of a team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high standard of work is delivered. All of the work is carefully planned out and allocated to each engineers’ strengths and location. You will be given support, training and the correct tools to carry out your role efficiently and effectively. Fire & Security Service Engineer – Role and Responsibilities: * Service, small works, repairs, fault diagnosis, and maintenance. * Identifying faults and carrying out repairs or replacements of system components as required. * Completing paperwork accurately and within the required timescales. * Maintaining van stock of materials and essential tools. * Consistently delivering excellent customer service Fire & Security Service Engineer – Skills and Experience: * Practical knowledge of Fire Alarm systems, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems (both IP and analogue). * Relevant qualification or equivalent experience within the electrical sector. * Familiarity with current British and Security Inspectorate Standards. * Experience in a service-oriented role. * Well-versed in the latest products and technologies within the security industry. * A proactive, customer-focused approach to tasks. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Keen attention to detail. * Able to take responsibility, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team. * Full UK driving licence.
