Hours of Work: 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are hiring for a Fire-Stopping Operative with experience in Quelfire Batt and mastic installation to join a commercial site in Blackfriars, London. This is a day shift project for 5 days, where you will be responsible for carrying out passive fire protection works in line with pre-surveyed requirements logged in Bolster Systems.
Duties of a Fire-Stopping Operative
In this role you will be working in the fire-stopping team to ensure installation and compliance of passive fire protection to required standards. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Installing Quelfire Batt and mastic in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Accurately logging all work in Bolster Systems including photos and timestamps
Activating location services during all Bolster interactions
Keeping site and equipment clean and well maintained
Following strict site health and safety and dress code requirements
Skills and experience of a Fire-Stopping Operative
As a Fire-Stopping Operative, you need to have experience with:
Installation of fire protection products to Quelfire standard details
Using Bolster Systems for time tracking and photographic records
It would be beneficial to the Fire-Stopping Operative role if you also had:
Fluent spoken English for site communication and documentation
Confidence working independently to a high standard
Punctuality and attention to detail
Compliance with site uniform (proper work trousers and a plain dark top)
