Fire Stopper Needed - Batt & Mastic Work
Location: Central London
Project: Student Accommodation
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: Competitive, negotiable based on experience
We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Stopper to join our team on a student accommodation project in Central London. The role involves batt and mastic fire stopping work, ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and site standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in batt and mastic fire stopping
* Valid CSCS card (NVQ in Passive Fire Protection)
* Own tools and PPE
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
* Own transport
Duties Include:
* Installing batt and mastic fire stopping systems
* Sealing service penetrations in walls, floors, and ceilings to meet fire resistance standards
* Following site health and safety procedures
* Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
