What’s on offer?
Locations: Portsmouth & Wimborne
Salary: £28,000–£33,400 depending on experience & knife skill level
Day shift (5:30am–3:30pm) or Night shift (6pm–4am) -Monday to Friday – Amendment to this shift pattern is possible.
Consistent salary all year round
Optional Sunday night overtime paid at £150 per shift

Fresh day-boat fish- quality over volume
2 x 30-minute breaks + your birthday off
What you’ll be doing as Fish Filleter:
You will be hand-filleting fresh fish to order, working as part of a small, highly skilled team. Quality, precision and pride in your craft matter more than production-line speed.
We’re looking for a Fish Filleter with:
Experience in hand filleting fish (any species)
Reliability, professionalism and a team-focused mindset
Comfortability working in a chilled environment
