Site Manager/Fit out Manager

Location: Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000neg + bonus.

The role of the Fit-Out Manager will involve:
·Site Manager position dealing with fit out projects for company products, mainly Portakabin type structures.
·Manage and maintain all relevant health and safety documentation and ensure these are adhered to on site.
·Ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality.
·Overseeing delivery schedules.
·Attending all site meetings to report on updated and any issues.
·Build and maintain strong working relationships with team, clients and subcontractors.
·Managing projects.
The successful applicant will have:
·Experience as a Site Manager / Fit out Manager.
·SMSTS or SSSTS
·Must be a resilient individual that can resolve site issues
·Ideally will have first aid qualifications
·Strong leadership qualities
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·High levels of organisation and attention to detail
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 7.00am-4.00pm. Friday 7.00am-12.30pmBefore You Apply
