Fitter and Assembler - AM Shift
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Ideal for Skilled or Ex-Forces Engineers.
Location: Aylesbury (Commutable from Oxford, Bicester, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Leighton Buzzard)

You'll work with engineering drawings, assemble high-quality components, contribute to quality control, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Training, guidance, and career development will be provided.
This role suits a skilled Fitter, Assembler, or Ex-Forces / REME Engineer seeking stability, teamwork, and the satisfaction of producing precision-engineered products.
The Role:
Precision Assembly: Read engineering drawings and assemble high quality components to exacting standards.
Team & Development: Join a supportive production team with on the-job training and opportunities to grow.

Experienced & Skilled: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, able to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
