The Role
We’re now seeking a skilled Flat Roof Roofer to join our accredited installation team. You’ll play a key role in delivering top‑quality flat roofs for both commercial and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Install single‑ply EPDM membranes to manufacturer specifications
* Carry out flashing, trims, sealing, and detailing to a high standard
* Prepare roofing sites and fit insulation systems
* Conduct roof surveys and ensure all work meets BBA‑approved standards
* Collaborate with project managers and follow all health & safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in flat roofing (rubber/EPDM systems preferred)
* Roofing accreditation or relevant trade qualification
* Excellent attention to detail and finishing work
* Confidence working on both residential and commercial projects
* A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
* Full UK driving licence preferred
