Flat Roofer – Permanent Position (£35,000 + Company Van)
Location: Chipping Sodbury, Bristol (projects across the South West)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Company Van + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
Sora Recruitment is seeking an experienced Flat Roofer on behalf of a leading Bristol-based building contractor. This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term stability, competitive pay and a company van. The successful candidate will work on a range of commercial and maintenance roofing projects across the South West region.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair and maintain flat roofing systems including single-ply, torch-on felt and liquid-applied membranes.
*
Inspect existing roofs, identify defects and complete remedial works to a high standard.
*
Work to specifications and drawings to deliver quality and compliant installations.
*
Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently in line with site health & safety policies.
*
Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment to a professional standard.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Flat Roofer in commercial or maintenance settings.
*
Skilled in a range of flat-roofing systems and materials.
*
CSCS card and working at height training preferred.
*
Full UK driving licence required.
*
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
