Join Our Team as a Fleet Administrator! Based in Burton upon Trent Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, Fridays 8:30am to 4pm £12.21 per hour Temporary to Permanent Are you ready to rev up your career? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Fleet Administrator to join our fantastic team in Burton-upon-Trent! If you're organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take on an exciting challenge, this role is for you! About the Role: As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our fleet operations run smoothly. You'll be the backbone of our logistics, keeping everything in check and contributing to our overall success! Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles and equipment Assist with the scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups Monitor fleet compliance with relevant regulations Handle administrative tasks related to fleet operations Support the team with various projects and initiativesWhat We're Looking For: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Previous experience in fleet management or administration is a plus, but not essential!
