Fleet and Insulation Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and supporting Installation Engineers with day-to-day line management and logistical coordination.
Overseeing fleet operations, including vehicle checks, maintenance scheduling, and promoting safe driving practices.
Ensuring smooth installations, excellent customer communication, and professional service at every stage.
Monitoring team performance, maintaining compliance, and providing hands-on support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching and developing staff, including performance reviews and 1-to-1s.
Managing vehicle maintenance to ensure roadworthiness, cleanliness, and legal compliance.
Coordinating on-call cover and stepping in for urgent jobs where needed.
Supervising stock, paperwork, and loading/unloading in line with internal policies.
Ensuring high standards during product handovers and customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
A proven leader with attention to detail and accountability.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
A commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence.
Experience in fleet management or installation environments (preferred).
Full UK Driving Licence (required).
