Job Title: Fleet Sales Administrator
Location: High Ercall, TF6 6RA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm (37.5 hours/week, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Salary: Dependent on experience, discussed at interview
Job Overview:
A growing automotive business is looking for a Fleet Sales Administrator to join their team. This multi-skilled role will work closely with the sales department and other teams to provide full administrative support and help maintain high standards across the fleet division. The role is office-based, requiring attendance five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain internal and external systems to ensure fleet transactions, customer information, and stock records are accurate and up to date.

Create, issue, and update invoices or other financial records as required.
*
Contract and re-contract vehicles, ensuring all relevant terms are met.
*
Order vehicles from manufacturers according to customer requirements.
*
Confirm delivery information with customers and prepare complete delivery packs.
*
Make pre-delivery confirmation calls to customers and manage any necessary arrangements.
*
Allocate registration numbers to vehicles.
*
Ensure all delivery packs include the necessary documentation.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience in administrative support is essential.
*
Automotive administration experience is advantageous.
*
Strong team player with excellent customer focus.
*
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
*
Able to manage changing priorities effectively.
*
Must be able to commute to High Ercall five days a week, with flexibility offered after settling into the role.
