We’re now looking for a confident and capable Fleet Sales Specialist to join our team and focus exclusively on selling these added-value fleet products. This is not a fuel card sales role – it’s a consultative, solutions-led position that offers uncapped earning potential and autonomy. This is a hybrid sales role, with a mix of office-based collaboration & working remotely, You will be responsible for driving new business and revenue across our portfolio of fleet products, including: Telematics and tracking systems Vehicle sourcing and acquisition support Brief Overview: Permanent Opportunity: Full Time Basic Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 (Negotiable) Commission Structure: Uncapped Commission Scheme (OTE: Additional £12,000) Location: Birmingham, B2 (Hybrid) Reports to: Head of Sales & Growth A strong, demonstrated success in this role, could progress into a role within sales leadership. Requirements Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities Conduct needs analysis and consultative conversations with business owners, directors, and fleet managers Promote and sell a range of fleet-related products and services Manage longer sales cycles with a focus on solution-selling and client value Attend client meetings (in-person and virtual), product demonstrations, and networking events Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide sales forecasts Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to support conversion and onboarding Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings and product knowledge To have the ability to contribute to The Fuel Store’s success, you will need: To be commercially sharp and self-driven – a true consultative salesperson who can sell value, not just features. You should be comfortable managing your own diary and balancing office, field and home-based work. Essential Proven B2B sales experience Background in fleet, vehicle, telematics, insurance or similar industries Confident managing longer, consultative sales cycles Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong presentation, organisation and negotiation abilities Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Valid UK driving licence Experience selling solutions to SMEs or transport/logistics businesses Understanding of the fleet industry and its pain points As well as having the right experience, a Fueller will have: Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment Ambitions to earn a lot of money!
