Our client is a logistics and transport company that specialises in warehouse storage, pallet distribution and road haulage and logistics. With a strong reputation built over six decades, this family-run business operates from well-located facilities in Bourton-on-the-Water and Swindon. Their team is known for delivering reliable, high-quality service across the UK, supporting a wide range of customers with everything from oversized freight to full logistics solutions.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking experienced Flexi Forklift Drivers to join their warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a knowledgeable operation, where your skills will contribute to a smooth-running, customer-focused service. This role offers stability, progression and the chance to work within an established, trusted logistics environment.
Shift Patterns:
8:00am-6:00pm = £12.21 per hour
2:00pm-11:00pm = £12.50 per hour
10 Hour shifts – Monday to Friday – 50-hour week
Day and/or Night shifts available
Overtime available

A successful candidate will have the following:
Warehouse Operative experience
Flexi Forklift License
Experience with Flexi Forklifts
Full UK driving license
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Your responsibilities will be:
Picking and packing duties to fulfil orders accurately and efficiently
Utilise Mechanical knowledge to maintain and operate warehouse equipment
Use Warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels
Operate Forklift to transport materials within the warehouse
Assist in stock replenishment and maintaining organised storage areas
Build pallets with accuracy and attention to detail
Handle Materials handling tasks following safety guidelines
Ability to perform Heavy lifting tasks as required in a warehouse setting
