Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Flexi Driver to join our night shift team. You will be responsible for the safe operation of Flexi trucks, supporting warehouse activities, and ensuring efficient movement of stock in a busy distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Flexi truck safely and efficiently to move stock within the warehouse
Load, unload, and replenish goods as required
Ensure accurate handling of stock using scanners or paperwork systems
Support general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and palletising where necessary
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company health & safety policies
Report any issues with stock, equipment, or processes to the shift supervisor
Requirements
Valid and in-date Flexi truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Ability to work night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
Good level of attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Flexibility to support wider warehouse operations when required
Benefits
Competitive pay at £14.41 per hour
Regular 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
12-hour shifts with stable start time of 18:00
