Rates: £13.82 PAYE / £17.41 Umbrella

Position Summary
As a key member of our Flexible Production Cell, you'll play an important role in assembling, testing, and delivering high-quality products and systems. You will contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment while supporting continuous improvement.
General duties may include
* Perform assembly and testing activities as directed by the Cell Leader.
* Work to defined production documentation, ensuring compliance with company Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Performance standards.
* Maintain a safe and tidy workspace through regular housekeeping and strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Typical tasks may include
* Coil winding
* Loom preparation (wiring, crimping, wire-stripping)
* Rack and cubicle assembly and wiring
* Operation of encapsulation and painting equipment
* Visual inspection (electronic/light mechanical)
* Electronic and electrical testing using semi-automatic test equipment
* General assembly activities
Person Profile/Experience:
* Proven practical experience in a production or manufacturing environment
* Competent in using electronic test equipment and PC-based software (Windows)
* Ability to interpret and work from production documents such as drawings, parts lists, and test specifications
* Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills for fault investigation
* A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to teamwork
Qualifications:
* Educated to O.N.C. level minimum in the discipline of Electronic / Electrical Engineering
