Teaching Personnel is seeking adaptable and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible, day-to-day supply basis in primary schools. You will have the opportunity to support pupils with high needs SEN in a variety of school settings, making a meaningful difference without the commitment of a full-time role. The Role As a flexible supply Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with high needs SEN Work across different primary schools, adapting quickly to new environments Support children with autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs, and complex learning difficulties Assist teachers in delivering accessible and engaging lessons Help manage behaviour and support emotional regulation Follow guidance from class teachers and SENCOs to meet pupil needs Step into classrooms at short notice with confidence and a positive attitude Why Choose Flexible Supply Work?
