What you’ll be doing as Flexo Printer:
Setting up and running flexo presses to agreed specs and targets
Mounting plates, selecting anilox, mixing inks, matching colours
Keeping print runs consistent – registration, repeat length, colour match
Using finishing kit like slitters, die cutters and rewinders
Troubleshooting and problem solving to keep downtime low
Working closely with your team to drive improvements (SMED/5S)
Keeping everything safe, tidy and compliant
We’re looking for a Flexo Printer with:
Proven experience with packaging, labels or similar
The ability to work confidently on your own but happy in a team too
Good eye for detail and a natural problem solver
IT literate – comfortable using in-house systems and software
