Job Description
Flexo Printer
Location: Hull
Company: A global manufacturer specialising in medical packaging and labels.
Role:
* Running multi-colour flexo narrow web presses
* Producing high quality labels and packaging with a variety of finishes
* Ensuring that the area, equipment, and machinery are kept clean and tidy
* Troubleshooting issues with the printing press or print quality
* Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental Policies relating to your work area are always adhered to by you
* Carry out basic maintenance in accordance with standard procedures
Requirements:
* Hold sufficient, recent flexographic printing experience
* Have experience operating a narrow web flexo printer - ideally Mark Andy, MPS, Nilpeter, Edale etc.
* Will also consider wide web flexographic printing
* Be aware of flexo and/or digital print process
* Previously or currently printed labels / packaging
* Hot foil / melt experience desired
