Key Responsibilities:
* Install hardwood, vinyl, and tile flooring with precision and attention to detail.
* Work on commercial, education, and healthcare projects, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure flooring is completed on time and to specification.
* Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in floor laying, particularly in hardwood, vinyl, and tiling.
* Ability to work in commercial, educational, and healthcare environments, understanding the unique requirements of each.
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
