Floor layer Responsive Repairs
Salford
£32,977 per annum + Company Van + Fuel Card
Are you an experienced Floor Layer looking for a secure full time role with opportunities to progress? At Liberty, we're looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join our team, delivering high-quality flooring and maintenance work across occupied social housing properties.
We're looking for an experienced Floor layer to join our Responsive Repairs team, carrying out high-quality flooring installations and repairs across domestic and commercial properties. You'll work with a variety of materials including vinyl, carpet, Polysafe, linoleum, rubber flooring and timber-based products, delivering excellent workmanship and customer service every day.
What you'll be doing:
* Installing, renewing and repairing wet room floors
* Install and repair a wide range of flooring materials, including vinyl, carpet, tiles and timber
* Prepare subfloors and surfaces to ensure high-quality finishes
* Carry out fitting, finishing and refurbishment works in domestic properties
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe work environment
* Plan jobs effectively and manage materials and equipment
* Work safely and collaboratively to achieve quality and performance standards
* What we're looking for:
* NVQ Level 2/3 (or recognised apprenticeship) in Floor laying
* Experience across all aspects of floor laying and flooring repairs
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
