Floor Layer - West London
£21.40ph (CIS) + Van & Fuel Card | Full-Time | Temp 2 Perm
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Floor Layer to join a busy social housing contract covering properties across West London. You'll be working in occupied homes, carrying out high-quality flooring installations and repairs as part of a responsive maintenance team.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Floor Laying or Floor Covering
Proven experience working in a social housing or residential maintenance setting
Skilled in fitting vinyl, lino, and safety flooring (cap and cove an advantage)
Full UK driving license (van provided)
