Job Title: Floor Layer
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Location: Harrow, West London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join a respected property maintenance contractor on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work in occupied and void social housing properties across Harrow and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled, reliable tradesperson who can confidently work across a range of trades, with a particular focus on flooring and carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:
Laying vinyl, laminate, or other types of flooring including cap and cove (as required)
Repairing or replacing window boards, locks, and handles.
Use a PDA or mobile device to receive job information and update job status
Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations
Maintain a professional, courteous approach when working in occupied homes.Requirements:
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Able to pass a Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Competent in additional trades such as plumbing, tiling, and decorating
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and customer service skillsBenefits:
