We're currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Maintenance Contractor in the midlands for an experienced Floor Layer with Cap and Cove experience to join their social housing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dependable Floor Layer
to secure consistent, full-time work delivering bathroom fitting and upgrades to social housing properties in the midlands region.
Location: West Midlands
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Duration: Temporary on going
Pay Rate: £180 - £200 per day (CIS or umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
Laying cap and cove, vinyl and laminate flooring
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Requirements:
Previous social housing experience
Experience across cap and cove, vinyl and laminate floor laying
NVQ level 2 or trade qualifications
Own vehicle and tools
Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
