About the Role
As Floor Manager, you'll be at the heart of store activity-setting the pace, energising the team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling inspired and supported. You'll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining standards, and creating a positive, performance-focused culture on the shop floor.
Floor Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead the floor team to deliver exceptional service and exceed daily sales targets
Drive team performance through on-the-spot coaching and active floor leadership
Ensure product availability and visual merchandising standards are consistently strong
Monitor footfall and traffic trends to deploy resources efficiently throughout the day
Act as a keyholder and support opening/closing procedures and shift operations
Promote product knowledge and enthusiasm for sports, fitness, and activewear
Collaborate with store and assistant managers on team training, development, and feedback
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Sales in a fast-paced retail environment (sport or fashion retail preferred)
A passion for sports, fitness, or active lifestyles
Strong communication and leadership skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to lead by example
Commercial awareness and an understanding of KPIs, service standards, and store operations
