Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and create fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces based on customer requests or seasonal themes.
* Prepare arrangements for events such as weddings, funerals, and corporate functions.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display in the shop or floral department.
* Monitor flower inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to ensure freshness.
* Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering expert advice.
* Process sales, handle transactions, and take phone/in-person orders.
* Package and deliver arrangements when required.
* Maintain floral tools and equipment in good working order.
* Stay up-to-date on floral trends, flower varieties, and design techniques
