Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: LS27, Leeds
Job Type: Ongoing Temporary (with potential for permanent)
Pay Rates:

Afternoon Shift (2pm–10pm): £12.50 per hour
*
Night Shift (10pm–6am): £12.75 per hour (increases to £13.25 after 12 weeks)
We’re currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a well-established warehouse based in the LS27 area of Leeds. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with long-term prospects and weekly pay.
🔧 Key Duties:
*
Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently
*
Loading and unloading vehicles
*
Moving stock within the warehouse
*
Following all health & safety procedures
*
General warehouse duties as required
⏰ Shift Patterns Available:
*
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm | £12.50 per hour
*
Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am | £12.75 per hour (rising to £13.25 after 12 weeks)
✅ Requirements:
*
Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR recognised)
*
Recent experience operating FLT
*
Good attitude and reliability
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
