FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver / Warehouse Operative – Bradford
Location: Bradford
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our client’s busy team in Bradford. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be operating forklifts for the majority of your shift, alongside general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate FLT Counterbalance & Reach trucks (approx. 80% of the time).
* Receive deliveries, unload and store products safely.
* Use handheld scanners to log and track stock movements.
* Prepare customer orders for dispatch.
* Lift and move heavy items when required.
* Maintain accurate stock control and report any discrepancies promptly.
* Work in line with Health & Safety regulations.
* Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
Requirements:
* Valid FLT Counterbalance & Reach licences (ITSSAR or RTITB accredited).
* Minimum 2 years’ forklift driving experience.
* Fully computer literate.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
* Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment.
