Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm (40 hours per week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our busy warehouse team in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse, supporting day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Please ensure you have suitable transport to reach the site due to the location and early start times.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently.
Load and unload vehicles, move stock, and support order picking as required.
Carry out general warehouse duties, including packing, palletising, stock rotation, and housekeeping.
Conduct daily FLT equipment checks and report any defects.
Work closely with the warehouse team to meet operational deadlines.
Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Valid and accredited Counterbalance FLT licence (e.g., RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent - must be in-date).
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse or similar environment.
Good understanding of warehouse health & safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and reliability.
