Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Swadlincote for a FLT Driver/Factory Operative to join their expanding team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

FLT Driver/Factory Operative Job Details & Benefits;
* £14-£14.61 per hour
* Afternoon shift Monday to Thursday 2pm-10:30pm &Friday 2-8pm
* 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays after 12 weeks
* Paid overtime after 37.5 hours – weekly overtime 1.33 & weekend overtime 1.5

FLT Driver/Factory Operative Job Details;
* FLT Operation – Loading and unloading and moving products around the facility
* Loading and unloading products on and off the machine by hand
* Getting jobs ready for the Machines
* Machine operating and programming
* Weekly machine clean downs
FLT Driver/Factory Operative Specification;
* Counterbalance FLT Licence is required
* Strong attention to detail is essential
* Ability to read technical drawings is desirable but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate
