Job Title: CSCS Labourer with FLT Counterbalance License - Corby
Location: Corby
Rate: £18 - £20 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45-50 hours per week
Contract Type: 2 Months
Overview
LRL Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Labourer with a valid FLT Counterbalance License to join a major project in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a new distribution centre development, offering long hours, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a well-established workforce.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Labourer with FLT duties, you will play a key role in supporting site operations. Daily duties will include:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently to move materials across site.
Assisting with general labouring duties, including site preparation, assisting trades, moving equipment, and maintaining site cleanliness.
Supporting the site team with day-to-day requirements to ensure smooth project delivery.
Adhering to all site health & safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
A valid CSCS Card.
A current FLT Counterbalance License.
Previous site experience in a similar role.
Two recent references.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate of £18 - £20 per hour.
Regular hours, Monday to Friday (45-50 hours per week).
