Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Operator (FLT Licence Required)
Location: Pontyclun
Salary: £12.40 (Mornings) | £14.88 (Nights & Overtime)
Hours: Rotational Shifts (Monday – Thursday)
Mornings: 6:00 AM – 6:00 pm PM
Afternoons: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator with a valid FLT licence to join our team. This role involves working within a water concrete treatment environment, with 70% production duties and 30% FLT operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and production equipment
Handling materials and assisting in manufacturing processes
Using an FLT when required
Working on your feet for extended periods
Adhering to health and safety procedures
