Acorn by Synergie are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in Torrington. If you're safety-conscious, have a valid forklift license, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Duties:
Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move goods safely around the site
Ensure all loads are secured and handled safely in compliance with company procedures
Perform daily safety checks and routine maintenance on forklift equipment
Assist with general warehouse or yard duties as required, including manual handling
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
Valid forklift certification - Counterbalance
Driving licence required due to location
Previous warehouse or yard experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
