About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing and logistics operation in the Washington area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to become part of a dynamic team supporting production and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
* Load and unload goods, materials, and components.
* Transport items between production areas and storage locations.
* Conduct daily safety checks and report any faults or issues.
* Support general warehouse duties when required.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
* Valid and accredited external FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR).
* Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a fast-paced environment.
* Good understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Days and Back Shift).
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
