Job Description
Forklift Driver – Chilled Warehouse
Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a shift rota
Shift Times: Multiple start times from 05:00
Pay: £13.17 per hour
Overtime: Paid at 1.25x standard rate after 40 hours

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts to move, check, and transport goods efficiently
Assist warehouse operatives with picking orders, stock rotation, and replenishment
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse and yard
Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and operational procedures
Help with loading and unloading lorries when needed
About You
Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years)
Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar environment
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
Positive, reliable, and flexible to meet deadlines
Good numeracy skills and awareness of health & safety practices
Experience in dairy or food production is a bonus but not essential
Additional Information
Role involves manual handling; strict hygiene rules apply
Only one solid wedding band allowed; no earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, makeup, or strong fragrances in production areas
Reliable transport to Tewkesbury is required due to early and varying shift times
