Team Leader – Warehouse Operations
📍 Pershore | Temp to Perm Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse team in Pershore. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and an FLT Counterbalance licence to secure a long-term role with the potential to go permanent.
Shift Options:
Sunday to Thursday – 11:00 to 20:00 (£14.95/hr Sunday, £13.35/hr Mon–Thurs)
Monday to Friday – 13:00 to 22:00 (occasional 15:00–00:00 shifts as required) – £15.25/hrKey Requirements:
FLT Counterbalance licence – mandatory
Bendi licence – desirable
Previous leadership/supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Ability to manage and support a team to achieve daily targets
Strong organisational and communication skillsResponsibilities:
Lead, motivate and support a team of operatives to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Oversee stock movements, loading/unloading and dispatch processes
Ensure H&S procedures are followed at all times
Work closely with management to meet productivity and quality standardsWhat’s on Offer:
