Ideal Recruit is currently looking for a licensed FLT Driver to join our client’s team in a yard-based role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a busy outdoor environment.
Location: Barnsley, S71 area
Working Days: Monday – Friday
⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Job Role:
As an FLT Yard Operative, your duties will include:
Operating a forklift to move stock between the yard and the shopfloor
Assisting with stripping down fridges and general yard work
Ensuring the work area is kept clean, safe, and organised
Moving stock between the yard and internal departments
Supporting general yard and warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance)
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Good work ethic, hardworking, a team player and reliability,
