Yard Person with FLT Licence and Driving Licence
Location: Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10
Contract Type: Long-Term Ongoing (Temp to Perm)
Manpower is currently recruiting for numbers of an experienced Yard Person / Counterbalance FLT Drivers (ideally double handler) to join our client's team in Castleford, West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading & Unloading (60%): Safely and efficiently load/unload pallets from trucks.
Yard & Shunting Duties: Maintain yard organisation and assist with shunting vehicles or trailers as required.
Manual Handling & Warehouse Work: Support general warehouse operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running.
Stock Movement: Operate a counterbalance forklift to move stock within the yard and warehouse.Shift Pattern:
4 on / 4 off
Hours on days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours on nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00AM
Overtime: Available on additional shifts, with higher pay after 45 hours per weekPay Rate:
£12.95 per hour on days
£16.92 per hours on nights What We Offer:

Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
