FLT Counterbalance Operator - Night Shift (4 on, 4 off) - Grangemouth

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the logistics and warehousing sector, for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operator to join their night shift team in Grangemouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking for long-term, consistent work on a 4 on, 4 off schedule.
Shift Pattern & Hours
Night shift: 4 on, 4 off
Shift time: 18:30 - 06:00
Fixed rota offering stability and a great work/life balance
Ongoing position Pay
£13.75 - £15.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading goods from trailers and vehicles
Moving stock around the warehouse or yard
Maintaining accurate records of stock movement
Following all health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyMust be able to reliably commute to or live in the Grangemouth areaBefore You Apply
