We are currently recruiting FLT Operatives (Counterbalance & Bendi Drivers) to join our well-established clients in Shropshire. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new project at a time of significant growth for the company.

* Hours: Monday - Friday | Day Shift: 6:00am Start and can vary on finish times
* Weekly pay – Overtime is available
* Pay Rate: £12.50ph - £13.00ph

Your Responsibilities:
* Using FLT to load and unload materials and products as required
* Picking & Packing items into designated containers according to company standards and customer requirements
* Meet productivity targets
* Assist with general warehouse and production tasks
* Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain efficiency and safety
* Load and unload materials and products as required
* Ensure items are correctly labelled and securely sealed for shipment
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Adhere to all health & safety regulations
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a FLT/Warehouse role is essential
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Physically fit, as the role may involve manual handling
