FLT Reach Truck Driver – Long Forks
Location: Aston, Birmingham
Pay Rate: £14.73 per hour
Shifts: Rotating weekly – 06:00–13:30 / 13:30–21:00
We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a leading automotive company in Aston, Birmingham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, handling automotive components and large stillages with precision and care.
Key Requirements:
Valid Reach Forklift Licence (must be within the last 3 years) – essential
Strong experience using long forks to manoeuvre large stillages and pallets
Previous experience within the automotive or high-volume manufacturing sector
Ability to operate confidently in narrow aisles and a busy production environment
Team player with good communication skills
Willingness to support with both on-truck and off-truck dutiesKey Responsibilities:
Operating Reach FLTs with long forks to safely handle stillages, cages, and pallets
Feeding materials to production and assembly lines within tight deadlines
Supporting material handling, cleaning dunnage, and general warehouse duties
Ensuring a safe, organised, and efficient working environment alwaysBenefits:
