Job Description
My client in the Hemsworth area require an experienced Yard Operative with FLT Licence.
Role Summary:
Keeping production and small pack stocked with packaging materials and ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly.
Main Responsibilities:
· Always maintain a safe working environment
· Conduct safe operation of forklift truck
· To work well together with other members of staff
· Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in accordance with the 5S audits
· Ensure a high level of standards are maintained when loading and unloading goods
· Ensure paperwork is done in a timely manner
· Ensure all documentation is completed correctly
· Ensure tanker offloading is performed in accordance with written instruction and all paperwork is correct
· Following all information and guidance given in individual work instructions
· Carry out daily operator checks including PPE
Skills and Experience:
· Current FLT licence is essential
· Full understanding of health & safety requirement and their importance
· Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but full training will be given
Working Days (6am - 2.30pm)
