We’re Hiring: Fluent Welsh Flying Start Teaching Assistant ✨
Location: SA9/SA10 Area
Start Date: Immediate
Do you have a passion for helping little ones grow, learn, and thrive? We’re looking for a caring and motivated Flying Start Teaching Assistant to join our friendly early years team.
✅ What You’ll Need
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (essential)
Child Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (must be in place before starting, can apply through us)
Fluent Welsh speaker
A genuine love for working with young children
Team spirit, patience, and excellent communication skills
What You’ll Do
Support children’s learning and development through play-based and structured activities
Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment every day
Work alongside colleagues to deliver exciting and inclusive Flying Start sessions
Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
