Job Description
Facilities Manager Cardiff
My client is currently seeking a FM Manager based at their site near Cardiff. You will have a strong FM background, managing teams of 14 plus on an engineering front.
Sector: Aviation
Duties will include looking after a team of 14 engineers, making sure the team is working well and efficiently, making sure your team is hitting its KPI's and PPM's, making sure training and H&S is met, looking for future development within the team, tool box talks, small P&L, working with the projects team and sub contractors, as well as reporting back to management and Ops manager.
Salary is circa 65K either on a temp or perm basis.
Hours are based 8-5 Monday to Friday.
