Job Title: Folder Gluer Operator
Location: Reading
Hours: 7am - 4pm (includes a paid 20-minute break every 6 hours)
Salary: £35,100.00

As the business continues to grow, they're now looking for a skilled Folder Gluer Operator to join their friendly, experienced finishing team.
If you've worked on Bobst, Vega, Kluge, Heidelberg, or similar machines or if you're a talented operator eager to take the next step in your career this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
Set up, run, and maintain folder gluer machinery to ensure top-quality output
Train and support your assistant on live production jobs
Work from detailed job specifications with precision and care
Perform routine maintenance and quality checks to keep production running smoothly
Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and uphold high standardsWhat's on Offer
