The Opportunity

We are looking for a business-minded visionary to drive growth in an already highly successful operation. Key Responsibilities

Departmental Ownership: Take total control of the F&B department, implementing your own ideas and systems to elevate the business.

Project Management: Lead strategic operational projects designed to maximise revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
Operational Excellence: Oversee seamless day-to-day service across all restaurant, bar, and private event spaces.
Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, stock control, and labour costs with an entrepreneurial, growth-focused mindset.
