Food Production Operative - Earn £12.86 to £14.85 p/h 
 
Join our team at A La Carte (Staffline)! 
 
We are recruiting for Food Production Operatives to work across multiple food manufacturing sites in Leicester (LE1, LE3 and LE4). This is your chance to be part of a leading British food business producing some of the nation's favourite savoury products. 
 
This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the preparation and packaging of food products. 
 
We offer ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunities, giving you the chance to secure a long-term role. 
 
No previous experience is required - you will receive full, paid training from day one. 
 
Please note: All candidates must have a good level of spoken and written English. Due to shift requirements, this role is not suitable for students. 
 
Shifts available: 
 
We offer a variety of shift patterns and hours, including: 
 
- Standard 8-Hour Rotations: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm / 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm / 10:00 pm - 6:00 am 
- 12-Hour Shifts: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm / 6:00 pm - 6:00 am / 2:00 pm - 2:00 am 
 
Pay rates: 
 
- AM/PM shifts (Mon - Fri): £12.86 per hour 
- Sunday (AM/PM): £13.51 per hour 
- Night shifts (Mon - Fri): £14.15 per hour 
- Sunday nights: £14.85 per hour

As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include: 
 
- Preparing raw ingredients (washing, cutting, measuring) 
- Operating machinery to mix, cook, bake, or process food 
- Following recipes and production instructions accurately 
- Packing finished goods into containers and packaging 
- Cleaning work areas, equipment, and tools regularly 
- Following instructions from line leaders or managers

- Have a good level of spoken and written English 
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
